What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All Schmidt Bros. products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I use your knives on any cutting surface?
For the best edge retention, we recommend using wood, bamboo, or plastic cutting boards. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces like glass, marble, or ceramic, as these can dull or chip the blade.
