Carefully pack your items in their original Schmidt Bros. packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original inserts.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
